Step 1: Connect
Schedule a Free 15-minute Zoom consultation. We will get to learn about your travel plans, and you will learn about the services we offer assistance with including lodging, flights, excursions, and travel protection.
Step 2: Plan
After Research, Itinerary, & Planning Fee confirmed, your Travel Advisor will research and provide you with up to two (2) customized proposals for a single destination, with the option for one (1) additional itinerary to one (1) alternative destination.
Step 3: Confirm
Excited about the proposal? Let's make it happen. We handle all reservations for a seamless, stress-free travel experience. Plus, we offer ongoing communication and support to you, the group planner, and all group travelers.
Step 4: Bon Voyage!
After selectiong your itinerary, all that's left for you to is pack your bags and enjoy your travel experience. Our Travel Advisors are available before and during your travel experience if you need assistance and/or have any questions.
